Monthly Fees
Sweet Life Guest Home is authorized to charge the residents or third parties, who are liable for the payment of costs, a fee to cover the costs of the services provided. This fee consists of three areas: Level of care, accommodation, and meals. A minimal pre-admission fee applies.

| Transportation- car (within 5 miles radius from the facility), other minimal fees for caregiver escort | $100/round trip |
| Wheelchair van - can be arranged with outside provider | |
| One-time processing fee applies |
We will gladly assist you in preparing claims from long term care insurance, if any.
